Terms and Conditions

The purchase of an artwork does not confer the right or license to use the image for commercial or any other purposes. Copyright in the image remains with the artist.

Risk in the goods passes on collection or on delivery of the goods to the address stated in your order.

Title to the goods will pass to you only when full payment has been made for them.

Shipping

P&P is free to all UK addresses. Please enquire for International orders.

Home Approval

Artworks can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on the following conditions:

Please advise me of its return using the contact form ASAP.

Refund will only be made if the Artwork is returned in its original packing and undamaged.

It must be received back within 14 days of the artwork’s arrival with you.

You will not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to me.

Insurance of the work during transit to me is your responsibility.

My practice complies with the UK GDPR and is committed to keeping your personal data safe. I only collect data for which you have given consent and/or a legitimate interest, and do not store data for longer than required.
